Beginner Embroidery Stitch Book – Summer Edition (De Pijp)

Dive into the world of embroidery by making your own embroidery stitch sampler book! Join us for our 3-day summer workshop and learn the basics of embroidery.

On day 1 of the workshop you will learn six basic embroidery stitches. Once you know these basics stitches, in principle, it is possible to create anything! On day 2, you will level up your basic knowledge and learn some slightly more advanced stitches. This will be much easier after having learnt the basics from day 1. Day 3 is all about taking your hard work and assembling it into a beautiful, little embroidery stitch book.

Below are the stitches you will learn and what each day will include each day days will be structured as follow are the stitches you will learn in this class:
Day 1:
> Running Stitch
> Back Stitch
> Stem Stitch
> Chain Stitch
> Satin Stitch
> Woven Wheel
Day 2:
> Threaded Backstitch
> Couching
> Fishbone Stitch
> French Knot
> Lasy Daisy Stitch
> Long & Short Stitch
Day 3:
> you will finish by putting your book together using the Blanket Stitch

The workshop includes all the materials and needle. If you’d like to purchase the embroidery hoop to continue your embroidery journey at home, you’re welcome to do so.
