Natalie de Koning is fashion and textile designer and founder of DE STEEK. She studied Fashion Design at HKU and graduated in 2011. After her studies she started the company I am Nold, with which she is already taught weekly sewing lessons, courses and one-day workshop for almost 6 years before starting DE STEEK. Next to this, after her Master studies Fashion Design at ArteZ, she started to organise pop-up stores with sustainable and surplus fabrics with a concept called PULP. With DE STEEK, these to concept are fused together.
Natalie is working on every aspect of the company, but you will also see her as a teacher in the Sewing Café.
