Atelier Aida Sewing Workshop: skirt or shorts

New guest workshop! Do you remember Aida Kasaei? A talented fashion designer that worked at our Sewing Cafe for 3 years! Aida started her own atelier and fashion brand and is back at De Steek for a one-day workshop where you can sew one of her collection items. This is an ultimate beginner workshop, in which you can learn to make your first skirt or shorts. It is best if you at least used the sewing machine once before.

The patterns are ready to be cut out in various sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL), from your chosen materials. You can choose between two items:
_Shorts
Classic shorts with a wrap imitation. This garment will teach you how to make an inseam pocket, an invisible zipper, and how to sew the waistband. All items in this collection are exclusive designs by Atelier Aida.
_Mini skirt
An asymmetrical double-layered mini skirt. This garment will teach you how to sew an invisible zipper and how to make an alternative waistband with a combination of facing finishing. All items in this collection are exclusive designs by Atelier Aida
