A nice collaboration will take place soon…
Some time ago, De Steek was asked to host workshop in collaboration with Paro Store, a fashion shop that helps you discover emerging designers who are driving the fashion industry towards a sustainable future and the community car sharing brand, Lynk&Co. Several events will be organized thanks to this collaboration around fashion, with the aim of sharing knowledge between the different communities, all of which are hosted in the Amsterdam Club of Lynk&Co.
Of course, De Steek immediately agreed to take part in this friendly event under the sign of sharing and exchange!
Eloise Ptito will be host this workshop, telling you everything you need to know about embroidery! In this 3hr masterclass, she will teach you the basic hand embroidery stitches and techniques to embroider any text or graphic design. You will only need to bring an un-loved, un-worn or un-interesting piece of clothing (or fabric based thing) with you and turn it in to something un-ique with hand embroidery. Interesting, right?
Everything will be set up for you to have a great time, snacks and drinks will be available. Eloise will be there for you every step of the way. This workshop will take place on Wednesday 4 May, from 6 to 9 pm. If you are interested in this event, click here to register!
