If you’ve never touched a sewing machine but want to get started with the basics, or have maybe already had a sewing lesson or two but need a little refresher on where everything goes and how everything works, then join us for a quick hour in the Sewing Café.
With this short lesson we will show you or remind you of the basics of how the sewing machine works, how to fill up a bobbin, thread the machine, and sew the basic stitches.
Do you have your own sewing machine that you’d like to get to know better? You’re more than welcome to bring your own machine to the class so we can show you how best to use it.
Important to Know
• Language: Dutch and English
• It is possible to join this course as a complete beginner or if you have a little bit experience and want to freshen up your skills.
*If you’re having the best time and want to continue your sewing journey right away you can always book our Tote Bag Workshop, or even our Beginner’s Sewing Course 1.0. (this depends on whether there is still time and space left in the Sewing Café).
