Learn how to make your own scrappy quilted pouh in one day!

What are we going to do?
We are going to create a quilted pouch using scraps of fabric.

What are we going to learn?
1. How to piece together scraps of fabric in different sizes and shapes to create the outer shell of the
pouch.
2. How to quilt it and add the lining and a zipper.
3. Basic quilting terms, best tools for beginners and piecing techniques.
4. You will also leave the course with instructions on how to recreate the pouch at home as well as a
summary of everything else you have learned during the workshop.

Materials
All materials are included for this workshop. Included in the course are: scraps of fabric for the pouch,
lining, batting, thread, the use of a sewing machine, presser feet, quilting tools, rotary cutter, cutting mat
and the usual sewing tools.
*Fabrics used during the workshop might differ to the ones in the pictures.

About Ana
Ana is a sewing and quilting teacher based in the Netherlands. She studied pattern cutting and professional sewing skills in the London College of Fashion where she started her own independent sewing pattern company, CocoWawa Crafts. Ana designs dressmaking and quilting patterns for the modern maker and loves many other crafts like knitting, embroidery and cross-stitch.
