Clothing Swap

We are organising another clothing swap on Saturday February 18 at our shop ! The process is very simple : you can swap all your clothes & accessoires , which you are tired of, but are still in good condition, for other gems. This event has also a charitable goal. At the end of the day, the proceeds of the event will go to Iranians who are in need.
( In addition to being super fun and satisfying your shopping urge, you’ll also contribute to a cleaner environment. It’s also nice for your wallet)
*Tip: if you have points left over from last time, you can take them with you again this time, then we’ll count them with your new score!
Café

And the Sewing Café would not be the Sewing Café without snacks and drinks. Also this time there are vegan snacks and drinks available, to satisfy your hunger and thirst from all that shopping and swapping. They will be in an Iranian theme!
Upcycle & Repair Corner

Have you found something that just doesn’t fit or do those long pants look much better as shorts? Then hop to our upcycle and repair corner, we are happy to help you! Even if you have something at home that you don’t want to swap, but would like to repair or upcycle, you can take it with you, we are happy to help you with that as well 😉
Iranian Embroidery Workshop

During this event, our Iranian teacher Aida Kasaei (to whom this cause is very dear to her heart) will teach a very special Iranian embroidery technique!! To participate: you just donate the amount that you want for the charity.

Reserve a spot by making a donation! We also ask you to make this reservation, so that we have an estimation of how many people will be there. But it is also possible to still get a ticket at the door (if it’s not sold out). Below you will find the conditions that your items that you want to exchange must meet. You can always email or call us if you have any questions or comments. We are looking forward to having you!

1> Bring good looking & good quality items, so don’t bring cheap clothing that lost it’s shape, for example. But what’s allowed: amazing looking pieces with a small hole or stain: because we have an Upcycle Cafe ready to repair the items! (we will evaluate your items stricly at the door, small damages and stains are allowed, but it should be still possible to fix it and should not be too complicated. also make sure the items are still appealing for others)
2> We will evaluate your pieces at the door and each item will get a ‘point’ (1, 2 or 3 points). You will get a card with the amount of points that you can use for swapping (for example, a jacket is 3 points, but a T-shirt is 1)
3> You can bring max. 8 garments!
