Lingerie Workshop Series 2.0: Wired Bra – Summer Edition

In the first edition it is possible to learn the basics and make a simple triangle bra and matching briefs/thong.* Now, with the second edition, it is possible to go one step further: make your own underwire bra! Of course you can also make a matching pair by adding matching briefs or a thong. Choose between different types of underwire bras and choose between different briefs or a thong. The classes are taught by the experienced lingerie designer Leanne. This is the summer edition which you can follow the course in 3 afternoons!

This is the second part of the lingerie course. If you want to follow this course it is advised that you follow the first edition first, but it is not obligatory. If you have some basic sewing experience, especially working with stretchy materials and elastics, you can also sign up for this course (especially if you have a bigger size and if the triangle-bralette is not fitting you).

About Leanne
Leanne van Steensel van der Aa started sewing lingerie some years ago at De Steek, and has been obsessed ever since. Since then, she’s taught herself all about lingerie pattern drafting, fitting, materials and design. Leanne also launched her own lingerie brand: Lunar Laces. At De Steek Leanne shares her love of lingerie sewing by teaching you how to draft lingerie patterns to achieve the perfect fit, teach you about all the different lingerie materials and how to use them, and the techniques you need to know to create the lingerie of your dreams.

*Bra sizes for this workshop: 65AA tot 95H. Briefs/thongs available in all sizes.
**It is not obligatory to follow the first course first. You can also start with this one, if the triangle bras are not fitting you for example. But it is good to have a bit of sewing experience then before you start with the course.
***After purchasing you receive a list of the materials you need to buy for the course. If you need advise about the materials you can also call, e-mail or pass by. We also sell some materials in class, so if it’s difficult for you to get materials before class, you can also purchase it there.
****If you miss one or two lessons, you can catch up in other lingerie class of Leanne. But: please make sure you cancel in time! (max. 1 day before your lesson starts) Otherwise it’s not possible to catch-up cost-free.
