Join us in the sewing cafe for our up-cycled Denim Hobo Bag workshop!
In this 3 hour beginner friendly sewing workshop, you’ll learn to make your own, fully lined, slouchy hobo bag from old jeans – so bring a pair or two along together with lining fabric (or purchase when you book) and let’s get to it! You will (learn to) work with the sewing machine and overlocker. At the end of the three hours you will have learnt to turn your old jeans into a trendy hobo bag!
You can choose to bring your own old jeans from home, or scratch around in our denim basket and buy your materials from us. You can also play with different colours of denim and choose a lovely lining to compliment your item.
*If necessary you can stay a little bit longer to finish the piece, if it’s not passed closing time and if there is space. Otherwise we will schedule an extra moment to finish for you if necessary.
