This August, Knits and Notes is taking over the pop-up shop at our studio at Van der Hoopstraat 84H, along with four fantastic crochet and knitting designers. Expect great discounts on their amazing patterns, inspiring workshops, and more! Part of this is this unique yarn swap! Dive into your craft closet and gather all the knitting and crochet yarns you no longer need and swap them for lovely new yarns!
How it works:
– Come to De Steek on Saturday, August 9th, between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
– There’s a small entrance fee, which you can book through our website here or pay at the door.
– Bring as much yarn as you like — we’ll weigh and number everything!
– Have a look around and take home what you like! We use a points system. Synthetic yarns earn fewer points than natural yarns.
– You can come and go all day once you’ve purchased a ticket — so take a nice stroll through Westerpark and come back later 🙂
– Think of your fellow crafters and don’t just bring the cheapest of the cheapest; we aim for quality!
